Each element has been carefully considered to achieve its EPC rating of A(21) and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ (74.2%) rating. This has been accomplished through a broad array of energy-efficient initiatives including on-site renewable energy, solar shading and PIR daylight sensing lighting controls, all of which are supported by an intelligent Building Management System.

There are also 10 electric car charging points.
